Tracy's Camp is now seeking new team members for the 2024 Summer Camp season. We are looking for people who are passionate about ministry. Skill and experience is requested in the following positions; however, experience is not required. The following positions are volunteer based, but TC allows for team members to raise support for the duration of these roles.

Activities Coordinator/Assistant Director
Description: The Assistant Director/Activities Coordinator is an on-site position for the duration of our Summer Camp program. This position will work alongside the Camp Director to assist with planning and leading activities, ensuring camp supplies are stocked for activities and day-to-day operations, assisting with managing staff members, and other tasks as needed to ensure proper execution of our Summer Camp program. Additional input and assistance is requested in the months and weeks prior to Summer Camp to help with planning for the upcoming Summer Camp season. Meals will be provided, as well as sleeping arrangements, during Summer Camp weeks.

- Comfortable with flexibility with responsibilities and working hours
- Willingness to be Lifeguard/First Aid certified
- Prior camp/management experience preferred
Dining Hall Coordinator
Description: The Dining Hall Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all Dining Hall operations including preparing meals, making sure kitchen is properly stocked for meals, creating and updating meal instructions as needed, managing any kitchen crew members to make sure the Dining Hall is ready before meals, and other tasks as required. The Dining Hall Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring all DHEC requirements are being observed. Additional input and assistance is requested during the months and weeks leading up to the Summer Camp program to ensure all meals are properly planned for. Meals will be provided during Summer Camp weeks and sleeping arrangements can be available as needed.

- Comfortable in the kitchen environment and managing kitchen workers
- Willingness to be certified by DHEC in appropriate areas, if not already certified
- Ability to create, follow, and update meal plans as needed
- Prior camp/kitchen experience preferred
Kitchen CrewKitchen Crew positions are available for individuals ages 15+. They are responsible for assisting the Dining Hall Coordinator by helping to prepare meals, clean the Dining Hall, wash dishes, reset the Dining Hall between meals, and other tasks as required. No experience is required. The only requirements are a passion for the Lord and a willingness to do good work for His ministry.

Registration Coordinator
Description: The Registration Coordinator will be responsible for keeping track of camper registrations and payments during the months and weeks prior to Summer Camp. They will be responsible for reaching out to parents to answer questions about Summer Camp, make sure campers have been registered properly, and ensure payments have been made. The Registration Coordinator is also expected to be present and on time on the first day of each camp week to handle the check-in process.

- Familiarity with Microsoft and Google tools
- Detail oriented and comfortable with creating and following systems
- Prior camp/customer service experience preferred
A/V Crew
Description: The A/V Crew will operate under the guidance of the Camp Director and will be responsible for taking pictures and videos of campers and staff during the Summer Camp program, creating highlight videos of each camp week, selecting photos/videos to be used on the camp website and social media accounts, using external hard drives/online storage to store and organize camp photos and videos, and other tasks as required. Meals and sleeping arrangements will be provided during the camp weeks. Seeking 2-3 individuals ages 15+.

- Familiarity with Adobe/photo and video editing software
- Familiarity with photography and videography equipment and techniques
- Prior camp/A/V experience preferred
Maintenance Crew
Description: The Maintenance Crew will operate under the guidance of the Camp Director and will be responsible for performing various maintenance related tasks as required. Various indoor/outdoor tasks are required to be completed throughout the duration of the Summer Camp program to provide clean and safe spaces around the facilities and grounds and to improve the overall guest experience. Meals and sleeping arrangements will be provided during camp weeks. Seeking 2-3 individuals ages 15+.

Carolyn Arnemann HowardCarolyn is returning to Tracy's Camp as our Summer Camp Coordinator. In addition to her 10 years of leadership experience at Ambassador Camp, this will be her second summer on staff here at TC. She is delighted to return to the ministry at TC for another incredible summer!

Regan GallowayRegan has served as a counselor and office staff member for Tracy’s Camp in the past. This
year she will be returning as our Registration Coordinator. Regan is excited to connect with each family and cannot wait to see how God works through the ministry this summer! |
Steve ReynoldsSteve is joining our leadership team this summer, coming from almost 10 years of owning and operating camp. Steve loves helping in almost every part of camp, from cooking dinner to teaching a camper to catch a fish. If you pay close attention, you will likely hear Steve say at some point, "I've caught every single fish in the Tracy's Camp pond. Twice."

Daniel KuzbaryDaniel has worn many hats at Tracy's Camp over the years. This summer, he will primarily be working behind the scenes to help with planning summer camp and recruiting our awesome Summer Staff. Daniel has seen how God has used this ministry in the past to bring people closer to Him, and he can't wait to see what the Lord has in store for Tracy's Camp this summer.

Marion ZeiglerMarion has served on the Tracy's Camp Board of Directors for over 6 years and he excels at serving the camp from behind the scenes. He enjoys sailing, bicycling, and really likes board games. He also always enjoys meeting new people. He is excited to see how God will continue to use Tracy's Camp this year.
